Our mission is to serve the Special Education community by bringing providers into schools. We’ve worked with big corporations, and while each entity has their place, we are strong believers and first hand witnesses to the meaningful impact and soul that small business provide to the community.
Our experience in school work and business have given us the skill set to adapt to the unique challenges that schools face. We recognize the time and skill necessary to balance policies, timelines, and costs. We are determined to make hiring specialists not just easy, but also fulfilling and even exciting!

Founded by school therapists and school with a passion for working with students, XO Therapy staff has first-hand experience in schools, giving us the ability to train, mentor, and troubleshoot with our schools.
We are proud to be a small business co-founded, co-owned and co-led by minority women in Special Education. We in turn support our local, women and minority businesses to as it is essential for economic growth, gender equality, and social progress.
Our small team has a combined 30 years of experience working with schools, specialists, in technology and in business. We are able to support any of your needs and work with you to develop bespoke solutions. Our goal is to bring value to your schools in time efficiency and ease.
We are passionate about our specialists choosing the employment path that works best for their life situation. If working with the district directly is a better fit, they are welcome to transition into District Employee roles, with no fees or time restrictions. We believe that this is the best way to support our specialists and schools.
