Higher Pay Rates
- We offer 15-30% higher pay rates than other companies in the area.
W2 employee
- We pay and file employer taxes to increase your take-home pay and reduce your time managing and filing taxes. We also provide you with professional and general liability insurance coverage at no additional cost.
Healthcare Benefits
- You will be eligible to participate in XO Therapy’s HRA benefit plan.
401(k) Retirement Plan
- You will be eligible to participate in XO Therapy’s 401(k) retirement plan. XO Therapy will match 100% of your contribution up to 1% of income.
Paid Sick Leave
- You will accrue paid sick leave hours in accordance with state mandates and be allowed to use these hours at any time or cash them out at the end of the school year.
Paid Mental Health Day
- You will receive a paid mental health day and be allowed to use this day at any time or cash these additional hours out at the end of the school year.
Professional Reimbursements
- We offer professional reimbursement for job related expenses including Continuing Education, Annual licensing fees, Materials, etc.
Mileage Reimbursements
- We provide mileage reimbursement, at the current IRS mileage rate, for travel between work sites.
Paid Volunteer Day
- You will be eligible to receive a paid day off for volunteer work at a 501(c) nonprofit organization.
